Cancellation and digital content
Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of the contract. For digital content, that right ends early only when supply begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation is provided. A purchase or a click on this site alone does not record that consent.
Our refund approach
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will also address duplicate charges, missing or unreadable files and material that does not match the description. If we cannot resolve a delivery or conformity problem, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We initiate refunds promptly and within applicable legal deadlines; your payment provider determines when funds appear. For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made within 14 days after we are informed.
Your rights remain
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content. No physical return is required for PDF guides.
