Our courses are digital PDF guides in English. Nothing is shipped to a postal address. Guides are sent to the email address used for your order, normally within two business days after successful payment is confirmed.
When access begins
Despite the title of this policy, instant automated delivery is not guaranteed. An external checkout may provide a receipt without the course file. Where a download is supplied directly after checkout, follow those instructions; otherwise check your email and spam folder.
Missing delivery
If your guide has not arrived within two business days, contact AnasDoloren29@hotmail.com with the order reference. We will check the order and arrange delivery or a remedy under the Refund Policy.

Request Free Map by email using the button on its course page. No payment is required. Delivery is normally within two business days.
Requirements and withdrawal
Use a PDF reader and enough storage to save the file. Keep a personal copy after receipt. Any immediate supply that affects a statutory withdrawal right requires your separate prior express consent and acknowledgement through the order process. This site does not automatically waive that right.
